The HOUSE OF KHOLOUD FOUNDATION (CIC) is recruiting two trustees to help manage, govern and control the charity and to make decisions about policies, objectives and strategies.

We are seeking a greater representation from more diverse backgrounds and would welcome applications from all minority groups. This is to ensure our board is diverse and represents our society as a whole.

  • Commitment to the organisation

  • Willingness to devote the necessary time and commitment

  • Strategic vision

  • Good, independent judgement

  • Ability to think creatively

  • Ability to work effectively as a member of a team

  • Selflessness, integrity, objectivity, accountability, openness, honesty, and leadership

The ability to serve 1 - 3 year (s) in office (term to be agreed)

You will be required to attend 4 board meetings and 4 sub-committee meetings per year.

This is not a paid role.

We will however, cover / reimburse reasonable expenses wholly, necessarily and exclusively incurred in connection to the role. If you are interested in finding out more, or would like to apply please contact us directly.

  • What skills and perspectives can you bring towards our charity and it’s Initiative (s)?

  • What values and practices are important to you when working in a team?
